Details, Getting Ready, & First Looks

Amber and Marcus spent the morning surrounded by their closest friends and family, getting ready for their big day. The anticipation was electric as Amber slipped into her stunning gown, and Marcus adjusted his tie, ready to see his bride for the first time.

Amber had a first look with her dad and her groom to be, both of which brought up a stream of emotions. As soon as Marcus turned around and saw Amber, the feelings on his face said it all—pure joy and admiration.

Portraits in Downtown Fargo

Amber and Marcus headed to Downtown Fargo where the city’s urban charm provided the perfect backdrop for their portraits. The crisp November air and soft overcast light made for an incredibly romantic setting.

Rooftop Bridal Party Portraits & Intimate Family Photos

After Amber and Marcus’ portraits, we stayed downtown to capture bridal party portraits at the top of a parking garage. The mix of industrial textures, soft fall colors, and the energetic vibes of the bridal party made for some seriously fun and candid shots. Amber and Marcus were surrounded by their closest friends, who kept the energy high with laughter, inside jokes, and a few spontaneous dance moves. The contrast of urban streets and elegant attire gave the photos a modern, timeless feel.

After braving the crisp November air for downtown portraits, we headed back to the Armory Event Center for cozy family photos—away from the chill and surrounded by the warm ambiance of the venue. The Armory’s timeless architecture and soft, natural light created the perfect setting for these intimate moments.

A Heartfelt Ceremony at the Armory Event Center

The ceremony took place at the Armory Event Center in Moorhead, a venue that blends historic charm with modern elegance. Amber and Marcus exchanged vows in front of their loved ones, the room filled with warmth despite the cool fall weather outside. Their personal vows were touching, bringing both laughter and happy tears from their guests.

Cocktail Hour at Mick’s Office

After the ceremony, the bride, groom, and bridal party made their way to Mick’s Bar for a cozy cocktail hour, playing billiards and making toasts!

Heartfelt Speeches, Sweet Moments, & a Night to Remember

The celebration continued with the rest of the guests back at the Armory Event Center, where the reception was nothing short of spectacular. Everyone gathered around for dinner and speeches that had everybody reaching for tissues one moment and laughing the next. As the newlyweds sat side by side, you could see the joy and gratitude on their faces, surrounded by all the people who mean the most to them. It was a beautiful reminder of how loved they are.

Golden Hour Magic – Sunset Portraits

One of the highlights of the day was catching the soft November sunset. As the sky glowed with warm, golden tones, we stepped outside for sunset portraits. The light was absolutely perfect—gentle, dreamy, and romantic. These moments felt calm and intimate, giving them a few minutes to soak it all in before heading back to the celebration.

Dancing the Night Away

Once the speeches wrapped up, it was time to hit the dance floor—and this crowd did not disappoint! Amber and Marcus shared their first dance beneath the soft glow of twinkling lights, swaying together as if they were the only two people in the room.

But it didn’t take long before guests flooded the dance floor. From timeless slow songs to upbeat hits that got everyone moving, the energy was contagious. Laughter echoed through the Armory as guests showed off their best (and silliest) dance moves. It was the perfect ending to a day full of love, celebration, and pure joy.

A Love Worth Celebrating
